Every homeowner who reaches Priestfeaturing Plumbing should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to send a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start by raising it with the plumber. Keep a written record of what you say and what they say.
Still, tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest. A provider who keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Please know that Priestfeaturing Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes. We also cannot refund money for a provider's work, and we cannot make choices for a provider.

We will confirm that we got your complaint by email. This usually takes a few business days. Then we look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
You can reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. For issues with plumbing work, a state or local plumbing licensing board may also help.
